雪莲果吃多了的危害

1、引起上火

正常的吃雪莲果是不会出现上火的现象的，吃多了很有可能会引起口腔出现不适或者是一些上火的症状。而且雪莲果当中也会含有一些糖份或者是各种各样的微量元素，食用之后很有可能会出现口腔细胞因为渗透而出现水分流失的现象，还有可能会引起溃疡的发生;

2、出现低血糖

雪莲果当中的糖分是不易被消化的，多吃雪莲果很有可能会产生饱腹感，如果人体摄入的碳水化合物比较少的话，也有可能会出现血糖偏低的现象，严重的情况下还会引起头晕或者是精神不振的现象。所以一些经常低血糖的患者应该注意雪莲果的食用;

3、导致胃胀

雪莲果当中含有的膳食纤维也是比较多的，而碳水化合物也是不易被人体所吸收的，很有可能会出现胃部胀气或者是出现放屁的现象;

4、导致腹泻

雪莲果能够促进肠道的蠕动，而且还能够便于排便，对于治疗便秘也是有一定的作用的。雪莲果吃多了也会出现便秘的现象，也会严重降低身体食物的营养物质的吸收以及正常的机体代谢。
